Privacy policy

This page explains what personal data we currently collect on the Nextiac public landing page, for what purpose, and what rights you have over it.

Last updated: September 26, 2026.

Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Rafael C. Campanero.

For any question about your personal data, write to us at privacidad@nextiac.com.

Data protection officer

We have not appointed a data protection officer. For any question about your data, write to us at privacidad@nextiac.com.

What data we collect

In the early access form we collect your name, your email and your business sector (and, if you choose "Other", the sector you type). If you wish, also your legal name, tax ID and legal form (individual or company); these three are optional. We also store the language you used to send the form, the date of your request, the date you accepted this policy, its version, and the revision of the data controller details shown at that time.

What we use it for

To handle your early access request: to contact you when Nextiac is available for your sector and, if you gave us your business details, to prepare your sign-up and the service contract. Also to let you know before we delete your details (see below how long we keep them). We do not use them for anything else and we do not send you advertising.

Legal basis

Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box accepting this policy before sending the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to our contact address; withdrawing it does not affect processing carried out before, and we will delete your details.

Who else processes your data

We do not share your data with anyone, unless required by law. To provide the service we rely on two data processors, which process the data on our behalf and only for that purpose: Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), which hosts the server, and Webempresa (Spain), which provides the email service. Both are in the European Union, so there are no international data transfers. Backups are stored on a server owned by the controller, not by a third party.

How long we keep it

One year from when we receive your request. A month before that, we write to you: if you want to stay on the list, you confirm it with one click and we keep your details for another year; otherwise we delete them. If you sign up as a Nextiac client, your request is kept with your account for as long as you are a client. You can ask us to delete them earlier at any time.

Your rights

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights, you have the right to access your data, rectify it, request its erasure, restrict its processing, request its portability, and object to its processing. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at privacidad@nextiac.com.
